These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of fitlix.co.in (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Us

This Site is owned and operated by Fitlix Nutrition, a sole proprietorship based in India owned by Sanjib Nayak, with its business address at Sector-5, Rourkela, Odisha 769002, India. You can reach us at powerscoopsupplement@gmail.com or +91 88849 36317 (Mon–Sat, 9 AM – 6 PM IST).

2. Products Are Supplements, Not Medicines

Fitlix sells dietary and sports nutrition supplements. These products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements about any product have not been evaluated by any medical or regulatory authority unless explicitly stated with a valid certification. Product information on the Site (including ingredients, nutrition facts, net quantity and usage directions) is based on details supplied by the manufacturer; the label on the pack you receive is the authoritative source, and manufacturers may update formulations or packaging. Always read the label, follow the recommended dosage, and consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication, or have a pre-existing medical condition.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent/guardian, to place an order. If you create an account, you're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at the contact details above if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

4. Orders, Pricing and Payments

All prices on the Site are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, and to cancel any order affected by such an error, in which case you will be notified and fully refunded. Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability — in the rare case a product is out of stock after you order, we will contact you with the option of a substitute, backorder, or full refund. The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout; Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and pin codes. Any online payment is processed by a third-party payment gateway — we do not see or store your full card or banking details.

4A. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy, and delivery by our Shipping Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

5. User Conduct

When using this Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Indian law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, other user accounts, or our systems
  • Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, or infringes another party's rights
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site, including through malware, scraping bots, or denial-of-service attempts
  • Resell products purchased from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including the Fitlix name, logo, product descriptions, photography, graphics, and site design — is the property of Fitlix Nutrition or its licensors and is protected under Indian copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this Site without our prior written permission. Third-party brand names and logos displayed on product pages remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as manufacturer authentication pages) for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fitlix Nutrition shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any product purchased through it, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Indian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence, or for fraud.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fitlix Nutrition, its owner, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, or demand arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Rourkela, Odisha, India.
