Our Site is hosted on Shopify's secure infrastructure, and online payment data is handled directly by our payment gateway partner — we do not store your full card or banking details.

Our Site and products are intended for users 18 years and older, or for use under the supervision of a parent/guardian for younger users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent.
9. Legal Basis & Compliance
FITLIX primarily serves customers in India. This policy is designed in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023. Our practices also align with GDPR consent principles for EU/UK visitors, and California visitors may request an opt-out from data use for advertising by emailing us — Fitlix does not sell customer data to third parties.
