⚡ Under 2-Hour Delivery

Orders placed from a Rourkela pin code (769001–769050) during our express hours are delivered to your door in under 2 hours.

• Place your order and enter your Rourkela pin code at checkout or on the product page delivery checker.
• Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM are delivered the same day, usually within 2 hours.
• Orders placed after 8:00 PM are delivered the next morning by 10:00 AM.
• Availability depends on your exact address and current order volume — the delivery checker on every product page will always show your live estimate.

📦 Open Box Delivery

This is our promise that you will never have to pay for a product you haven't verified with your own eyes. Here's exactly how it works:

1. Pay for your order online at checkout, as usual (prepaid order).
2. When our delivery partner arrives, open and unbox the package in front of them — don't accept a sealed box you can't check.
3. Check the product's authenticity right there at your doorstep — batch code, seal, manufacturer QR verification, whatever you need to check.
4. If the product turns out to be fake, tampered, damaged, or not what you ordered, tell the delivery partner immediately — you'll get a full refund on the spot, no waiting, no return process.

Open Box Delivery is available on eligible prepaid orders delivered within Rourkela. It does not apply to Cash on Delivery orders, since the verification step happens after payment has already been made online.
