Optimum Nutrition Opti-Men Multivitamin

I run Opti-Men pretty much year-round — a proper multivitamin is the cheapest insurance in my whole stack. Whether I'm bulking or cutting, training hard burns through micronutrients faster than people think, and a basic one-a-day doesn't cut it for me.

This one's built specifically for active men. Along with your standard A, C, D3, E, K and B-complex spread, it's got calcium, magnesium, zinc and selenium, an amino acid blend (taurine, glutamine), plus a digestive enzyme blend so you're actually absorbing what you swallow, not just making expensive urine.

How I take it: 3 tablets a day with food. I split mine across meals so it's easier on my stomach, but you can take all three together if that works better for you. No issues stacking it with whey, creatine or your pre-workout — it just fills the gaps those don't cover.

Who should avoid it: this is formulated for adult men — skip it if you're a woman, under 18, pregnant or nursing. If you're on medication or have an existing condition, check with your doctor before adding it in. And obviously — this doesn't replace actually eating properly.
